The study of the Bible is one of the most important parts of the Christian life and we're committed to it here at Sacred Heart. We host Bible Studies every Fall and Spring twice a week and we would love for you to join us! Check out some of our Bible Study photos below - we're not just students reading a book. We're family sharing out faith & the Scriptures!
"Ignorance of the Scriptures is ignorance of Christ." - St. Jerome
"Read me the Bible." - Pope Saint John Paul II, on his death bed
"I express my hope that the Word will be ever more fully at the heart of every ecclesial activity." - Pope Benedict XVI, Verbum Domini
"Consult the Bible as often as your cell phone." - Pope Francis

Adult Faith: Events & Activities
Some Events and Activities
Adult Faith obtained a kneeler
to be placed in our chapel in
memory of Fr. David Kennedy,
donated by the Adult Faith
Formation Committee and blessed
by Fr. Philip.
One of the prizes from our annual parish Gala is a dinner with out wonderful, holy and fun
priests! Check out this group of Sacred Heart parishioners, Adult Faith members, and clergy.
Happy, holy, hungry...and having fun!
And behind the scenes at these gala-prize dinners we have members across the board
helping to make sure our guests don't go hungry. With a special appearance from Fr.
Oscar Dubon, who came back to help cook the priests dinner! We miss you, Fr. Oscar!
Adult Faith Formation
Mission of Adult Faith Formation:
The Adult Faith Formation Committee endeavors to bring educational programs to Sacred Heart Parish to enrich the knowledge and understanding of the Word of God. The goal is to bring parishioners together in community activities which enrich our spiritual, intellectual and social lives while expanding and deepening our understanding of the Faith.
If you would like more information about the AFF Committee or if you are interested in joining our committee, please join us at our monthly planning meeting. The meetings are held in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Room in the Parish Life Center at 2:00 PM on the first Tuesday of each month. We gladly welcome interested parishioners as part of the committee.

Welcome to our Young Adult group at Sacred Heart Conroe! We are a group of young professionals, students and others, both single and married, in their 20s and 30s. Our bible studies and small groups occur twice a month on a consistent basis. We attend some of the conferences and events for young adults that take place in the diocese, but we also have our own events for to meet the needs of those in our parish, in Conroe and the surrounding areas. Feel free to join us for any of our events - even if you aren't Catholic or a member of this parish!
